Artist Biography

Ademola Adewusi is a Nigerian-American visual artist, creative designer, and student writer. They’re attempting to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art Fine Arts degree from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As an artist, they explore themes of spirituality, Black identity, mental health, and philosophical self-inquiry, which often blends introspection with social and emotional complexity. Their practice is focused on intentionality, language, and activism. Additionally, their writing documents personal transformation and the search for meaning through language, format, and faith.
